ISP provides park management training that’s based on direct managing experience at its own amusement parks, thus sharing its ice and water park operation knowhow with its clients.
As a theme park manager, ISP will be responsible for every aspect of day to day operations, including such key functions as managing customer experience, monitoring health and safety, overseeing the park’s finances and staff management, including proposal and implementation of strategic decisions to constantly improve customer satisfaction and park maintenance.
Additionally, ISP can take care of the marketing program or be involved in other areas such as retail and/or food & beverages to upsell proprietary merchandise and generate more business for the client.
